Wesley Foundation has a long tradition of serving both in the local community and in the global world. Each one of us has the ability to share God's love in unique ways. When people offer a helping hand to those in need, relationships are created that will impact us for the rest of our lives. God's work is more that work that is accomplished on a facility or a home. It is the expression of compassion in the community that is constructed out of something that will last forever. The work we do together varies every year, but the purpose is the same: Sharing God's love so that the World may know Jesus Christ!
This year we are going to Oak Hill, West Virginia, March 2nd to 9th. Click here for more information!
In 2011 we traveled to the Choctaw Native American Reservation in Mississippi. In other years we have been to Snow Shoe, PA renovating an old school, Mississippi and Florida helping with hurricane recovery and rebuilding efforts, and the Czech Republic working with alcohol and drug addicted teens, helping young women at a woman's center, providing classes on life in the US, and helping a single parents and families at a Help Center.
